I felt lots of sensations throughout my entire body... heart (a lot!) and mid-back as well. Sweet, light, lovely tingling. Some warmth at times in my digestive organs, too.
I got so relaxed and even blissed out. LOVE that. I love this feeling; it's the feeling of real living if you ask me, and I was very clear in that I will have this relaxed, blissful state more and more in my life.
I had forgotten how lovely distance energy treatments can be. Thanks for the reminder!

I could feel warmth. I feel like the weight of the world was lifted off of me. I felt 5-10 lbs lighter, before even sitting up. I had tingling in my right ear... maybe some healing in that ear, but what I really got is that I not only have to hear, but I need to improve my "listening skills".
I still feel "lighter". My heart doesn't feel as heavy either.
Loved it - hope to be back for another session in 30 days!
